Our Royal Invitiation

We recently accepted an invitation from the Queen to attend her Garden Party at Holyrood. Our invitation was extended through our on-going pro bono work with The Princes Scottish Youth Business Trust. The best cucumber and mint sandwiched we’ve ever had.

Advertising and Brand Agency

We’ve been working with our longest standing client for over 10 years. We continue to assist this IPA multiple award-winning agency in developing their business, that now has a turnover of £4m p.a. We have worked with them in developing their business proposition, developing their teams at all levels and working directly in a coaching relationship with their CEO and Managing Director. Our most recent work has been in developing the Board members as an effective team.

SkyWe assisted in delivering one of the largest change, engagement and communications programmes in the UK, involving 9000 people on a multi-site basis. This turned internal marketing into an ‘extreme sport’.

Blockbuster

Our work with Blockbuster lasted over 18 months and involved working across marketing, innovation, trading and operations departments to assist in defining and delivering the new brand promise, a key part of their strategy implementation programme.

 

ITS Group

Working with entrepreneur Richard Emanuel and the ITS Group Board in Monaco, we assisted the team with a high profile and confidential project. Helping the Directors in shaping the development plan for their new retail proposition involved a number of unusual methods and tools. The Columbus Hotel was one of our more luxurious workshop settings!

 

Standard Life Bank

Heading towards their IPO, we helped the Banks’ communications and engagement teams to develop their departments’ culture, develop their communication strategy and plan it’s delivery across the groups strategic business units.

European FMCG Food Company (Confidential Project)

Developing new products and services is one of the highest-risk business endevours. We helped this company by designing and delivering a series of innovation and engagement workshop models to help them deliver both new products and services.

 

The Lighthouse

We assisted the senior teams in planning and delivering the £3m Six Cities Design Festival, the largest of its kind ever held in Europe. We were also asked to sit on the The Lighthouse/Six Cities Advisory panel. More…/
